Office Manager

As an Office Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our firm. Your duties will encompass a range of activities including overseeing general office administration, facilitating internal communication, and managing office supplies and equipment. You will also be responsible for scheduling meetings, supporting staff with administrative tasks, and contributing to the implementation of office policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations
  • Financial management including managing administrative tasks and processing invoices and payments
  • Being the first point of communication and coordinating office meetings and events
  • Facilities management including maintaining office supplies and equipment
  • Operational management including implementing office policies and procedures

Must Have

  • Education in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Proactive, accurate, organized, and efficient typing skills
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English
  • Ability to handle confidential information 
  • Proficient with MS Office and accounting software

Nice to have

  • Capacity to multitask and prioritize work
  • Customer-friendly and strong communication skills
  • Experience with financial adminstration
