Human Resources Officer

As an Human Resources (HR) Officer, you are the central hub of all HR-related activities within the organization. You play a crucial role in managing the workforce, from recruitment and selection to staff development and absence management. You are responsible for drafting employment contracts, maintaining personnel files, and advising management on HR policies and procedures.
In this role, it is essential that you possess excellent communication skills and are capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and selection processes
- Maintain personnel records and files
- Advise on HR policies and procedures
- Oversee staff development and training
- Manage employee relations and grievances
- Preparation of payroll payments
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an HR role
- Knowledge of labor law and HR practices
- Proficient in employee performance management
- Skilled in benefits administration and payroll
Nice to have
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Good communication skills and fluent in the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written
- Experience with HR software and Microsoft Office
