Our Team
Veditam Bishoen, MSc RA CA (Chief Executive Officer)
Met jarenlange ervaring bij een Big Four-kantoor, waar hij betrokken was bij diverse internationale audit- en adviesopdrachten, is Veditam de oprichter en stuwende kracht achter VVM. Hij gaat graag uitdagingen aan en zoekt voortdurend naar nieuwe kansen om uit te blinken en te groeien, of dat nu is via boekhoudkundige en bedrijfsmatige oplossingen of door digitalisering en het toepassen van de nieuwste technologieën. Naast zijn achtergrond in econometrie en kwantitatieve financiën is hij ook een Registeraccountant met een bewezen staat van dienst in het succesvol leiden van multidisciplinaire teams, zowel in grote als kleine organisaties.
mr. Drs. Shyamal Bishoen (Consulting Director)
Shyamal is onze financiële en juridische specialist met ervaring in zowel Suriname als Nederland. Met twee masterdiploma's, in Rechten en Quantitative Finance, en jarenlange ervaring, heeft hij expertise opgebouwd in onder andere financiële modellering, kwantitatieve en macro-economische analyse, risicomanagement, treasury en investeringen. Hij heeft ook bijgedragen aan de Nationale Risicobeoordeling van Suriname voor AML/CFT, is partner bij een notariskantoor en is benoemd in diverse toezichthoudende raden. Shyamal is vastberaden om succes te bevorderen en zet zijn professionele inzichten in om ons bedrijf naar een hoger niveau te brengen.
Sidharta Prahladsingh (Digital Officer)
Als elektrotechnicus heeft Sidharta zijn diploma, werkethiek en vaardigheden in management en ICT in Nederland verkregen. Hij heeft daarnaast meerdere bedrijven geleid naar ISO 9001- en ISO 22000-certificeringen, waarbij hij kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen waarborgde. Met zijn passie voor technologie, geavanceerde programmeervaardigheden en grondige kennis van kwaliteitssystemen speelt Sidharta een sleutelrol in het leveren van automatiseringsoplossingen op ondernemingsniveau aan onze klanten.
