Work acitvities also relate to analysing client's requirements and processes, identifying bottlenecks and issues, designing and evaluating implementations, and finding digital solutions. Also, your involvement will be in further automation of processes to deliver faster and better solutions to our clients. This position will challenge your creativity and requires you to think outside the box. We expect you to be proactive, analytic and have a "get it done" mentality applying a solid problem-solving attitude. Responsibilities
- Analyse and design comprehensive digital transformation strategies
- Plan and oversee the execution of digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Facilitate the adoption of new technologies through effective change management strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and technologies, and identify opportunities for their application within businesses.
- Work closely with IT, marketing, sales, and other departments to leverage digital technologies effectively.
- Master our applications and provide support
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Proactive and involved work attitude with excellent project management skills
- Eager to learn, curious, creative and innovative
- Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and trends.
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP software
- Experience in Business Intelligence transformation and software implementation
- Multidisciplinary skills related to business and IT
- Good understanding of changemanagement cybersecurity and best implementation practices
